Ellie, Karina, Beau, Suz, Heather and Matt and I- the old gang from leadership in Warren. We have such great memories from this group of our time at Whitworth and consider them all life-long, beautiful friends. Being together with them and sharing time with them and their families for their reunion was priceless. It unfortunately reminded us of what we're missing with most of them living so far away. We would hang out with these guys and their wonderful, sweet children all the time if they were closer. Bitter and sweet all at the same time... is that possible?
We left for our typical trip to Alaska late this summer because of wanting to host this superb group of people in our home. Look what fun we would've missed out on. I don't think we have ever had a group this large with adults and children included. Oh yes, maybe our growth group. But we were sure filled to the gills and were so grateful for beautiful weather to have all the kids and adults alike playing outside and enjoying the yard. Here is the whole group of kids. Our girls were the oldest and the rest were all almost 6 and under. 15 kids all together!!
Heather and Karina decided they would get into the jumping on our trampoline. They were a kick! Hair was flying and the laughs were going. Good times!
The guys enjoyed hanging out and talking too. Thanks so much for taking the time to come all of you! We sure were so joyful in seeing each of you and meeting your kids and getting to see you with them. What a treat for us!

Oh I loved seeing these pictures. I too loved hanging out with all of you even though it was too short! YES, we would totally be hanging out all the time if we lived there. Miss you all and thankful for all our life-long friendships! Until next time...
