This year, after a little bit of fear, Alea really got into swimming lessons. She improved on jumping in from the side of the pool, hopping like a kangaroo around the pool and floating on her back.
Each lesson they would play this ring around the rosey where they could suggest funny voices to sing in such as, pirate voice, princess voice, etc and then they would blow bubbles in the water. Their teacher was very creative and the kids loved that!
Alea loved her teacher for swim lessons, Miss.Kayla.
Can I do it? Can I really jump all that way to my teacher?
Kalei is really starting to love the water. This year in swim lessons she has become more confident in the water, puts her whole body and head under the water and stays down for quite a while and has learned to jump in pretty well. Mommy showed her how to play tea party underwater.
